Luristan Newt from Iran: New addition to the Cal Academy’s Steinhart Aquarium

Check out this adorable Luristan newt or Kaiser’s spotted newt, native to Zagros mountains in Iran. He’s for the first time on exhibit in the Steinhart aquarium at the California Academy of Sciences.
