Here's a fun pic of our core team in Youth Programs at the California Academy of Sciences. We've had some big transitions and changes in the past months, but through it all, we've supported each other, created awesome experiences for our young people, and developed some amazing programs. I couldn't ask for a better group of crazy people to work with.
Twice a year, we get together to strategize, reflect, and connect with each other away from the office. Typically we go to the beautiful Pepperwood Preserve, an hour and a half north of San Francisco. There's nothing like being in nature, out of your normal work environment, to bring out new ideas and new perspectives with your colleagues.
